I think that people just drink alcohol to look cool, cause red bull or any other energy drink can give you the EXACT same effects, but since alcohol's illegal when you're young, people drink it to look cool.

you have obviously never drank before if you say alcohol gives you the exact same effects as redbull. alcohol is a depresant, redbull is a stimulant (and possible a hallosinagin if you drink too much, lol). basically they couldnt be more different. i think smoking when your young is to look cool. but drinking is something you can do with your friends while partying and it takes the edge off, and lets you loose you social inhabitions. thats why most drink.
