because something is clearly against the law in writing, just because you're not seen doing it, doesn't make it ok. It just means noone seen you breaking the law.
 
no, you see, we all have little tiny sensors inside of us that when we break the law activate at the police sstation making the FBI storm your house, and arrest you. Don't tell anyone man, we're not supposed to know about that.

In which case, you need to grow the fuck up. Not getting caught doing something illegal not only doesn't make it legal, it also doesn't make it right.

If you're living by a slogan that is an attempt to justify illegal activities, then you really need to sort yourself out.
