Yea this is also just the second year for this public enemy. And the two years before it were the same, so maybe they just put twice as much work into planning the next design for it instead of making a new design every year.

dude, salomon had the same design on the pocket rockets cause they were amazing and needed no change, and they changed for next year. Almost every company keeps the same design if the ski is selling well. DOUCHE
