My new pole straps...i have way too much free time

Not bad, but they'd get really wet in the spring.

Pole straps are helpful, but you have to use them right. I really like the ones on Scott series 4 poles.

haha true that. i have been skiing for a little bit and i dont know how many times i have been raped by bindings.. not good. i just let the straps hang put my hand through pull back and wrap my hand around that. only way it seems comfrotable. not sure if its right or wrong but works and feels good..

i didnt know there was so much hate on pole straps. poles havent witnessed half the hate as pole straps..

i just say use razor blades for straps and wrap your wrists around them.

I am amazed how many people dont know how to put pole straps on... and call themselves skiers. Whenever I see somebody incorrectly put on pole straps I lose 20% of my respect for them as a person.

the government should regulate pole straps if they are that dangerous. Isn't putting your life in some danger, no matter how much or little, part of the sport.
