10 ft down 4ft flat and a 8ft down

i need to lift up the middle part and support the first down with some opposite diagonals but that is it
 
that will be a pretty sweet rail once you finish it.

did you use all pressure treated on that? it might just be the camera. that would be wicked expensive if you did though
 
yeah it is pressure treated. it holds up against the weather better and it cost me about 60 bucks, about what i was looking at to make it. and i am putting things on the sides. its going to be fine

but it looks like on the second kink when you hit it your feet are gonna hit you'll fall like a tree and eat shit

woah nice two year bump. I finished the rail and hit it and it was fine cause I put diagonals for support. I didn't need a drop in because it's on a hill. It was such a hassle to maintain though...shoveling all the snow we get so I took it apart and built flat rails with the lumber.
