a friend of mine just got the new A4 06. 2.0L turbo in a 6speed. its blue and fully loaded w/ every package. its sooooo nice.

youre gonna get fucked... first time something goes wrong... youll take it straight in the ass. audis are getting more expensive everyday... if not because of inflation and them being audis... then because the dollars slipping further and further into the shitter against the euro. basically... any work = you better have a 500 - 3000 bucks sitting around.

 
^If you agree with that so much, why dont you make it into an investment with the currency exchange? just exchange as much money as you can afford to lose into euros then when you think the dollar is at a really bad value, exhange it into dollars and presto! more money! pretty much the same thing as investing in stock, but not as high of a return (i think it would be a good investment)

 
audis are just as expensive as any other nice car company to repair (bmw, lexus, etc...) but the first like 4 years of repairs are free or something which most companies don't offer which is nice but the nicer models are always in the shop and once those 4 years is up u are in for a lot of money. i got a subaru and after 10,000 miles it is yet to go into the shop

I really like how people say things like "the nicer ones are always in the shop more". If that was the case they wouldn't be so nice would they... I have a 96 2.8 A6, and i've had no big problems, other than normal maintenance. People love to say this, and you don't have to fucking take it to an audi dealership to get it worked on. You can take it anywhere you can take your fucking subaru. The subaru dealershipp will fuck you just as bad, same with any dealership. People are haters man, fuck em, I say dope ride

^but i think my WRX is as nice as the A6 you have. true it doesnt have the same stuff (luxury options) but its fast, AWD, safe, economical, and it looks fast.

oh and not to mention it has never been to the shop for repairs.

i have an a4, im not a shitty driver... but you know what, after a while shit happens... and then youve got problems. oh and for the 10,000 miles dude... thats not many. i agree its a sick ride. i love my car and im going to hate giving it up... but its going to have to happen pretty soon.

 
^as far as "giving it up" i can easily put another 150,000 miles on this with proper maintenance, i've checked the records and it has been maintained maticulously

I'm getting close to 200K with my audi and its still doing sweet. They last forever. Just as long as you don't thrash it driving, it will be good.

yea, how did you pay for it by the way. Its definitely a real sick car but its a shitload of money. And i dont think theres anyway to directly compare a WRX to this particular car. They're built for completely different purposes.
