Ok NSG i need a little advice on what to do here...

So the lady i live next to has at least 30 cats. about 15(the male cats) are under a trampoline with chicken wire and a tarp surrounding it so they cant go re-produce(she feeds them at least 4 times a day). 24/7 her house smells like cat piss and its worse when it gets hot. Also the pregnant cats moan and groan all night and it makes you want to rip your ears off. Confronting her is not an option because i think she might be insane(she has gas heating, she has a car but cats live in it and the car hasn't moved in 4 years). Since she has no car she rides her bike about 10 miles to the closest grocery store for food.

So what should i do?
 
feed them spaghetti :)

but seriously call the cops

u dont want the poor kittens to get hurt or permanently scared do what u think is right

Oh the cops know but there all over the age of 60 and are fat so they wont do anything.

Also my family stole one of the cats and kept it. About a week later we took it to the vet and found out it was deaf. I have a feeling its from some sort of inbreeding affect....
 
havent done that yet. All though they have showed up like 3times and all they tell her to do is to give them away. She puts up a free kittens sign the for the week after Animal Control comes and then takes it down.

But fo realz i just saw that sad commercial that shows all those busted up animals with Shinia Twain as the background music...so u should prolly like do something so those cats are treated better.
