My mountian is pathetic

DAMN and i thought my mountain was small. it looks huge compared to some of the hills u guys have. i have mad respect for those of u who consantly go up to those small ski areas and just rip it up.
 
Oh yeah, The closest so called "mountain" has like 100feet vertical. 1 T-bar, No park, Nothing I can't ski switch. and a massive 1.5ft cliff.

..that's pretty much all of it right there, it's something like 250 vertical feet. Manchester skiing represent!
 
well my mtn has no park, 22 trails, 5 chairs, a pipe groomer (sitting in a shed, not pipe, WTF???) and two lodges. Oh theres also a ski patrol who go down in the "pizza slice" and chase after hoolgans who should dare to build a few very small jumps and drops in the woods. Oh, the mountain is on STATE LAND which makes it blow more cause there are police tnere all the time and the managers don't claim responsibility for actually clearing out the two "glades"
 
ive skied there many times, the lift hurts, its like a hook bar, and there is no pipe, the lift trail is just elevated, ive always wondered if you could gap it but theres never been enough snow to build a good lip when i was there :(
 
and yes there is a road there, with houses all down it and everything, and the city or town or w.e plows it so theres a snowbank up there too.
 
where the hell are there glades at mohawk. and they had a pipe like 5 years ago than never had one again. so many more kids would go there if they had a sick park like sundown

it has about 300 vert, gets 60" snow/yr, and the claimed terrain park has 4 sucky rails that yhey dont even build the jump up to, and no jumps. They even knock them down when you try to build a jump yourself.
 
they make it look 3x bigger than it really is and only 1 trail goes straight down the falline, blue=green, black=blue
 
you can't call them jumps. call them rollers.

the medium sized ones have a flat of 5 meters. that's about 15feet

Their "big jump" has a flat of 25feet.

and they have said for the last 3 years now, that they are gonna be the best park in norway
 
yea everohe knows Mt Hood sucks. all you East Coasters stop complaining and look what i have so to ski on...

fuck that. I hate it when people say they have a shitty mountian when it at least has trees. Im just kidding though, ur hill does suck. But seriously, I have no trees on mine. U seen Aspen extreme? I ski at mt brighton. U know, the one they walk to the top of in the beginning, thats the one.
 
It's funny how even in the west coast, there are hills just as small as those. These are two mountains which are within 45 minutes of eachother:

i hope this works so you can see my patheticness. Do you remember in last winter's women of freeskiing, (i forget who it was) said that she used to ski on an old garbage dump in se wisconsin? its this hill. it never was a garbage dump, but its sure a dump. then there is Grand Geneva, which, despite helping to produce a few big names, including the battersbys, blows. and alpine valley is close, but the shitty one, not the other one. there are a lot of super dope sledding hills around too. There are, amazingly, a few really good skiers from around here, though, such as matt sterbenz, bart singleton, and the aforementioned battersbys. at least we have a place to ski though. imagine how the skiers in burkina faso must feel.
 
supposedly to the left of wildwood and behind the mohawk lift (theres a stone wall in a depression that makes a natuarl quarter pipe by the end of the year but you have to go off ledges to get to it) there were two years with a park, and theres a rumer (i heard from jenny) that there would be jumps on timber this year. btw who are you
 
I really think that is best quarter pipe i have ever seen in my life. That really made my day to see that.

I'm still laughing. Sorry for mocking it's beauty... but that is just awesome.
 
it really doesnt have a half pipe, because all the little kids carve jumps out of the side of the pipe, effectively ruining it. and there wasnt a park when i lived there, they didnt try to build a real park until i went away to school.
 
yeah wilmot represent. ash battersby started skiing at grand geneva. i am pretty sure that has less than 200 ft. of vert.
