My Monitor is Yellow...

Sometimes my monitor just goes all yellow and stuff, and then it goes away after a while. It's a CRT flat screen monitor made by ViewSonic. I dont get it, it's kindof old I guess like 2-3 years, it's weird. How do I fix it, what's the cause?

i have a new viewsonic (ve170b) and i have had no problems.....

look down at your penis and then look at the girl, look down again and then back at the girl and say 'its not gonna suck itself!!!!!!'

When it turns yellow give it a good smack on the tube behind the screen. Should fix it for now.

Maybe try and keep your system cool. Alot of times the graphics adapter will overheat and disrupt the color frequency.. causing it to flicker or get that tint.

Make sure that the monitor chord is firmly connected to the computer. Make sure it is not loose.

Lastly, see if any of the prongs on the monitor's chord (connecting to the computer) are bent. If so, get some small pliars and try to bend it back.

the plug had a loose pin hahha. But yeah thanks for the help. And yeah once I put a magnet and we had to get it replaced.

Are LCD screen good quality like are the lines clean and the colors vibrant?

i have the mac 24 in screen and it is the most beautiful screen ever.

ill be super rich and own mt.hood and let everybody from ns ski for free... except freezed
