My mom is killing me right now.

So my parents got a new dog a while back, its 8 months old, teething. So what we have been doing, since shes not completly potty trained yet, is putting up a gate seperating the carpeted area of the house with our bedrooms from the kitchen and stuff. Well my mom has let her roam free every once in a while and everytime she gets into my room and chews on something. Today i get home and my mom left the gate down again. So i stroll into my room o put my books away and what do you know that damn dog is sitting on my bed with my brand new hat. I had just replaced my old one cause she ate that, fucking 40 dollar hate. Obviously im pretty pissed. So i go on cleaning up, turns out she also ate my nikes, my ski socks, my goggles, and my glove liners. Now normally i would be really pissed off and ask my mom to help me at least get some new goggs. But the kicker is i even closed my door before school, but my mom went in there to "look around". So i flip, tell my mom that she has to replace my stuff. But she tells me its my fault. What the fuck right.
Anyway, whats a good site for hats. I want a blazers hat, and if anyone knows where i can get the one that says portland across the front, that would be ill. I cant seem to find it.
 
i'm sad that you care more about your hat than your ski goggles. your mom sounds kinda dumb though btw.
 
damn i want to throw out a kitchen joke right now so badly... aw fuck it. what was she doing out of the kitchen?
 
my dog ate my ski boots when she was teething and you should definitely make her buy you new stuff
 
when I read the title my first thought was this thread was about a weird "Your mom" joke
 
Damn dude that blows. Im pretty happy she didnt get to anything else, like my guitars, or my jacket which was sitting on my bed.
 
my dog is 5 months old and completely potty trained....

we still don't let her roam around the house though, and when we're not there she stays in the crate. you never know what a dog will do if you leave it alone all day so i just put it in the crate
 
wow that sucks.. i was actually getting frustrated and angry as i read this...i would of thrown such a fit when she said it was your fault...break some of her shit too
 
Buy tons of chew toys for your dog and establish that those are her toys, not anything else. Play with her with her new toys.

Also, give your dog treats every time she pees / poops outside so she learns that going outside is good as opposed to scolding her when she goes inside.

It's all about positive reinforcement. Don't get mad at your dog, she doesn't know any better.

For you mom, be like BIESCHE, U GOTTA PAIE 4 MAH SHIT
 
yeah my dog was trained at 4 months, and i put him in a create when i am not home. However it does suck that your shit got ruined.
 
damn that sucks... my stepmom's cat threw up in my boots, dunks, in my room... it sucked, but i made her clean all of it.
 
next time your dog comes in your room just start to screem at it so it gets scared and doesnt want to go in anymore. When i got a sick new pair of shoes and my dog was like only 3 months i hit my shoes together to make the loud noise so he would get scared of it and not eat my shoes and it works. /animal abuse / retard post
 
The next time your mom isn't home, just let the dog into her room, then lock the door behind it so it eats/poops on all of her stuff

that sucks though, my mom does the same thing with my cat, she snoops around in my room and lets the cat get hairs on all of my clothes and stuff...

a dog isnt completely house broken until they have gone 8-9 months without an accident
