double days for football starts for me tomorrow. it's going to suck the weather roports says it's going to be over 100 degrees all week. My team is really good at least we r ranked second in our area.

Yea 2 a days suck... football in cinncinnati is ridiculous though, last year 3 teams in the city were in the nations top 20, we were 3rd, but ended up losing to like the 17th or whatever. But once the index gets into the 60's practices are a breeze.

our soccer team combined 2-a-days, now its from 745-1130 in the morning. much better than 2 a days

yetis right. i worked with a local high school cross country team for a lot of this summer. practice is at 6 and goes until about 9 depending on what you run. at camp, there were people doing 17 mile drop-off runs( we take you down a dusty dirt service road with a load of hills 17 miles from camp. then you come back). i usually help with the girls team though, and some of them are at 50 miles a week right now.

i play d-tackle. and what i meant by my life is over is my social life. Football takes all day and by the time i get home i am too tired to go out. and our first practice is at 8 am so i can't sleep in.

i find football to be fucked up sport because all the players are almost broken like a soldier is and they act the same way and are't very open minded
