My knee hurts

so i have had problems with my knee for years just from hitting it on a ton of stuff when i was younger and i would always hurt the same knee. For the past two years or so now if i do something for to long like ski for multible days my knee starts to hurt like a bitch and i cant put eny pressure on it.some times i will just be walking and i can feel it comeing and I wont be able to walk for the day.i have this right now and i havent been able to go skiing for 2 days so ive just been doin a little rail in my backyard and i really want to ski. I am woundering if enyone else has had this and what i should do to provent this from happening. I did searchbar and it did not explain this.

see a doctor probably. sounds like maybe u injured it awhile ago and it just never had a chance to heal cuz u keep using it
 
i had something similar for about a year and it got out of control to the point where my knee kap would shift and my whole leg would colapse and i wouldnt be able to walk on it for a couple of days, you should go see a doctor and start some physio on it.
 
I'm not sure but i think that means you blew out your knee.

This happened to me two years ago after casing on a big jump a bunch. It was fine right after, but a few days after the jump sesh my knees were super weak and pained and sore. I couldn't walk up stairs for like 2 weeks.

It persisted and was still painful for about 4 months, but not seriously. My knees are perfectly fine now, but if your knee hurts just stay off it as much as possible, and make sure you dont do any impact sports like skiing or like soccer. Ice it a lot and take ibeprofen.

If its extremely painful, or you aern;t able to walk, get your parents to bring you to a doctor and get that shit checked out. Its probably worth it, you'll just get physical therapy and some pain killers and you'll be on your feet faster.
 
Tendonitis? thats what i have. its awesome. and my knee pops when im skiing pow and i go from sitting on my side and then straight to but tuck. so basicly, if i fall, my knee pops wen i get up. go see a doctor.
