My Ipod is broken..?

The whole Ipod is messed up, when you click a button it can do something completely random, it jumps random songs, doesn't play any songs, moves around, freezes, etc.

What am I suppose to do about this?
 
Have you tried resetting it yet?

If you have the songs backed up on your computer, just reformat the iPod and reload the songs back on.
 
I tried the thing where you flip hold on and off and then do menu + circle at the sam time for 6ish seconds and it helped, but something still seems messed up with it. Like its very slow, and at least one song is not working at all.
 
try reformatting it then and if the problem still persists, contact Apple about it.
 
It's a tech support "station" in an Apple Store.

You make a reservation online at home or in the store, and then you show up with your computer or iPod. There are usually people standing around the store with a sheet of paper that has names on it with appointment times and they check your name off the list when you tell them that you are there. There is usually a 5-10 minute wait on a regular night, but on the weekends and such expect a big line.
