My Icon won't change

I have done everything it says. I chose the one i wanted, i saved it as my name in caps and i uploaded it. It just stays the same as the old one. do u know how to change it????

that happened to me too. I logged out of ns.com and back in and it changed

HELLP, mine wont change either. It works with the icons supplied on the site fine, but I cant upload one. Its starting to piss me off

 
yea after you upload it and it shows you your new icon, refresh that page
