is fucking retarded.

So near the end of October I dyed my hair black (with non-permanent hair color). Earlier today I had dark brown hair with my natural dirty blonde roots (about two inches worth). I get some shit to lighten my hair (ammonia-free) and my roots changed like 5 shades, but my darker hair changed like 2. WTF?

Any input?

Bring on hate. I don't care.
 
dark hair wont do anyyytthing lighter (like if you wanna go blonde) unless you bleach it. go get it professionally done if you want it back to natural.i don't die my hair but that's what i've learned through my little sister who does crazy colors like purple and shit lol

i mean bleach it to re-dye it the color you want. like it's not going to go from dark brown to dirty blonde unless you bleach it out first. so me and the other girls have said - get it done professionally or it might get worse..

^i agree. Dark brown hair is the new blonde last i checked. But in all seriousness, you should prolly go to a salon to get that fixed or you could just dye it dark b/c that would overrule the light blonde. Dark>blonde i guess would be the main point i'm making.

Now if I understand correctly I need to study these pictures thoroughly and find a way to get all three of them to share happy time with me until I find out how to change your hair color. I'm on it, I will be back soon.
 
you could have avoided all of this by just posting a picture of your hair without showing your face if its advice on your hair that you want...
