My grandpa just gave me his WWII leather pilot-jacket

my grandpa was elcapitano of what they call a corvette, they would protect the big liners that travelled across the channel and shoot down u boats... not as cool as yours though!

my cousin just graduated with a masters in aeronautical engineering from MIT and is now working with NASA at 23 years old.

lol, your and klazo's sarcasm meters are broken. you do realize i told him to ski in a leather pilot jacket and a bank robber mask right?

they liked to save Pilots for intelligence reasons and barter. They are worth a lot more alive then dead

Your Grandpa is bad ass.

I got a pair of binoculars that were my grandpas. He was shot between the fingers while looking through them. Still got the bullet in them. They're my lucky charm.

My great grandpa was the leader of the Russian military and second in command to the czar of the whole country before the revolution in 1917. I still have some Russian nobility heirlooms like 20ish legit jade eggs and some other things

"Well, the man said it was worth $800, so can I get $800 out of it?

"That's not gonna happen, I'll give you $200, not a dime more."

Not sure if its the same as England but here you can apply for replacement medals. They're quite difficult to get though.
