rental rider has a dick up his ass. here's i coped with one of my friends dying. get distracted by something completely. preferrably not drugs or alcohol but something more along the lines of playing an instrument or playing a video game or something. i played guitar and call of duty. guitar calmed me and call of duty let me vent my anger and such.

how many times do i have to say this? suicide is not a pussy way out, etc. depression is a serious disease. people with depression feel trapped and they can't see any way out of the way the feel. they can only focus on negative things and it keeps circling in their head, so it gets worse and worse. they cannot think logically. the worst part is they usually don't know that they are depressed. so they never look for any help. if anyone here is ever feeling suicidal, seek help.

depression is a desise BUT it is reconisble, alot people who comit suacide like he siad show no signs of it. Takeing you life becuse you whernt liked, unattative ect.... is not an excuse, there are allways places that you can fit in.

I am so sorry man. I've been there, and I know it's not easy. One of my friend's committed suicide a while back. You can't analyze it or try to rationalize it. They may not even have understood why at the time. My advice is to try and accept what has passed and try to move on with your life. Remember the good times you had but don't concentrate on the negatives. Be a friend to his family, because they are going to need it.

Eat. Sleep. Breathe. Ski.

 
Sorry to hear about your friend dude. I lost 7 of my friends to a murder, suicides and overdose. There's a way to cope, by doing something to honor your friend. That's what I did to help myself cope until I got used to it. It's part of your life cycle, learn something from it. Take care..
