My First Ski Memory

mine was when i was about five and i was skiing down a blue, so i thought was the shit. so, my family was at the bottom of the trail looking up so i decided to try to show off by not "pizza-ing"...so, i started flailing my poles making massive pole plants (cause i thought that was necessary to be a good skier) i got going realy fast and wasnt good enough to slow down, and, unfortunetly, at this moment one of my massive pole plants landed squear in between my legs and well...i ran into it and flipped over it, sliding down the rest of the trail on my back in agony...i dont think ive ever fully planted my pole since

mine was prob when i was 3 and i was whinying and crying because we were cross country skiing and i made my mom pull me up the hills, and she would do it this time so i cryed

i remeber it was a night less on in nc and it sucked. i was 4 or 5 and it was freezing and my instructor sucked and i got out of control and took out people in the liftline.i also remeber crying somewher in there

My first memory was of like my 2nd day skiing I went down some moguls and my skis popped off so I had to sled down on my skis

 
My earliest memory was getting lessons at smugglers notch when i was like 3 or 4 and we skied down a fucking mound next to a huge tree then he'd pick us up and plop us on top of the mound, and we'd hit that shit again, after like 6 mound runs we'd hit up the magic carpet. it was EPIC

my first memory is sking in Mt. Peter, NY, where i forgot to get off the lift at the top, and i went around and had to jump off

HAHA! yesss good times, same here just not at smuggs, my story goes as is, i was like 3 started in a beginer level never skied, moved to the maject carpet and then the lift the first day before i knew it still on the first day i was on top of the mountain, my mom on the other hand was not aware that they had bossted me up like 3 levels in one day and she was wicked ass scared watching me come down, but yea unfortantly now i am the one picking the young kids up plopping em on the majical carpet etc..

 
First memory skiing, was at Smugglers Notch, but I remember only one run I was learning on. It was totally the bunny slope, but I thought it was the entire mountain. I remember that. It feels like a dream actually thinking about it but I know its the real thing.

I also remeber skiing Okemo when I was about 4 years old too, and the condo we stayed at had bunk beds, and we were ski in and ski out.

I also remember thinking about how I should ski the next day, probably when I was about five years old. My logic was as follows: In order to keep my tips close to eachother in perfect pizza form, why not cross my tips? Needless to say, that didnt work the next day

I learned to ski at Canadian Olympic Park in Calgary when i was 3 and i was hitting up blacks at age 4. it was SO Sick. tobad i didn't get to ski when i was 6-8 years old, i would be way better today
