My first event.......

and here is how it went down with video.......

we built the course ourselves and I personally guaranteed the prizes and cash.

1st place skier: 250 cash plus rossi scratches.

2nd and 3rd place skier got oakley wisdoms/spy goggles/dakine heli pro backpacks.

1st place boarder: 250 cash plus ride dh 157 board. 2nd and 3rd were the same as for skiers.

Girl skier/boarder got k2 coats and audio backpacks.

All finalists (20 total) went home with beanies/shirts/redbulls.

BONUS event.....

Winning skier versus winning snowboarder for an extra hundred cash in a spin to win format for the hell of it and to promote unity in our sport.

Skier takes the day 450 on 270 out.....

Here is the video, the weather sucked and we only had one camera running. Also, this course that we built was EARLY season and on 100% man made snow....

Just wanted to share it with you all, and I may have an invite to hold a comp somewhere in the area here yet this season.......stay tuned.

im working on it dude, it seems sierra is interested....but id rather do one at alpine or boreal. Im sure eric or the boys at alpine could use some cash for a jam........
 
Ya, we could always use some cash! But what are your terms. If you wan't to maybe jump on the sundays in the park jam, maybe we can accomadate you. What are snowcoupons anyway. Come talk to Jonahs in the park and we can see if we can work something out. Also, that video explains why you love Boreal. Must feel like home.

Ill come see you this week, Ill be at alpine and boreal everyday.

Boreal does feel like home, its actually a bit bigger than my home mountain. BUT....Alpine and boreal are home now.
