first, try custom molded footbeds. if that doesn't work take them to a bootfitter (NOT surefoot - their "custom" liners are a fucking joke and harder than a pair of bowling shoes) and get them to tweak around with lifts and stuff, and to analyze the pressure...also, you might not think it but the trouble could come from having the cuff too tight around your calves, which can be tweaked by changing the position of the buckles. i'm kind of an expert on this subject now since my surefoot-fitted boots I got last season cut off the circulation in both my feet from below the knee..and since those guys had no fucking idea what to do I went to a legit shop and got them fixed properly.
