MY DAMN 1260s!!!

I just recieved a pair of LIne 1260s the other day and took them out for the first time today... they started peeling off the top and around the toe and heal alot??? What can I do about this? Sorry if thats a dumb question but im new to the whole newschool scene! Thanks for your advice!... oh and one more thing... I nailed one ski real bad with edge of the other, and took a huge gash out of the top it, does anyone know how I could repair that??? Thanks again!!!

 
You can take them to a ski repair shop, for some money they can fill the gashes in with puddy.

If it's on the top sheet then it's just cosmetic and won't effect your skiing. Just live with it, if you ski hard you are bound to tear them up alot more

I thrashed my skis my first day out, put some ductape on it and life goes on.

if its not into the core dont worry about it, throw a sticker on it.

if it is, spend some cash and fix it.

You could actually buy some fiberglass epoxy, along with some hardener, and mix it up and apply a small amount to the gash on the topsheet if it is all the way to the core- you DO need this if it is to the core, becuase if you leave it be, then water will get in and deteriorate the core, thus deteriorating the ski itself- not a good thing.

i had a problm w/ my 1260s(the ones from 2001) and i sent them back to line and they gave me new skis. they will probly give u new skis if u send them back
