My dad just won the "fitted vs baggy" debate

So I ripped my coat and went to get a new one, and my dad needed new ski pants, so we went together. I was looking for a more baggy coat, and my dad just wanted average pants. I asked him what he thought was better, baggy or fitted. "I don't give a shit as long as its warm."

that's not winning the debate at all. that should be everyones mindset when it comes to buying ski gear. buy shit that YOU enjoy.
 
You could also buy something that's just waterproof and breathable so you can shed layers and have more temperature flexibility.
 
It's all about technical gear that comes in bigger/baggier sizes. Saga, NWT3K, Armada and others make taller/baggier shells that range from 20k/20k to 3L Goretex. Hop on some of that shit son.

Looking at this after midnight when i have bed time giggles is pretty lols. Point to sweden or whatever country he is from. Netherlands maybe? I dont know, somewhere in northern europe.

Unless they have upped their game in the last years I have used toilet paper thats more water resistant than Armada. You only have to say water and my old jacket feels wet. Its supposed to be 15/15k... Its only been skied in a couple of times as well and never washed. My Rab soft shell is like Gortex compared to it.

Varies greatly from product to product within Armada's line. I've had some very good pieces and some very shitty ones.

I would have expected a lot more from a jacket thats north of £250 new, you can pick up Arc'tryx stuff in the sales here for less, luckily I didn't pay full retail. I did however pay enough to never want to give money to Armada again.
