Hey hey hey newschoolers!

this is my custom ski jacket i made out of gore-tex fabric.

were the pockets inspired by first drop? its dope that you made a jacket... but not sure how much im feeling the fit. nice work though
 
it took about a week. Gore-tex is a pain to sew with. about $90 worth of materials. The fabric is 20k waterproof and fully taped seems

nice work, the nice thing about goretex branded fabric is that you really know the stuffs gonna be bomber, and if you stiched it up right the coats gonna be pimp.
 
1 more NSer finally found Seattle Fabrics. You guys are catching on now. Looks pretty good, I don't like the pockets though. Seem like they would get in the way. But cool for being creative.

Haha yeah. I made a pair of pants with stuff from them few years ago. Sadly, I never got around to making the matching jacket. Maybe one day. The pants are still holding up great though!
 
Props. Thats cool that you made a jacket. Times are hard...

Whats the deal with the pockets? Are they hanging low or is the zipper just high? Is it so you don't pee on the inside of the zipper? If so thats great forethought! I hate it when I pee in my jacket.
 
Ooo this was you. I thought this was a new person. I'm glad it all worked out. Now you need to make a pair of pants to go with it and you will be set!

dude it really was not that hard, money was the only problem for me. Its really fun and it only took about a week. Make a mock up with really shitty fabric and then just use it as a pattern.
