This is all in my 2000 prelude and happens to be my 1st project car(im

only 17) and ya i didnt know **** about car audio a year ago i feel i

came a far way!

*MAYBE JUST SOME FEEDBACK AND SOME SUGGESTIONS TO IMPROVVE ON THE SYSTEM!*

JL 12w6 in very own custom made 4 inch ported box-JL G1700 Mono Amp -JL

G4500 4 channel amp-Infinity Kappa 6x9-Infinity Kappa 6x5 1/2-Infinity

Kappa 1 inch dome tweeter-Infinity Kappa Crossover-Sony xplod HeadUnit.
 
as far as equipment goes, the xplod headunit is kinda crap but the rest sounds decent. post some pics of your custom enclosure and wiring (custom boxes and homemade wiring usually ends up sketchy if you dnt knwo what your doing) and ill tell you what you can do with it . i went to school to wrench on imports man, please tell me that prelude is 5spd.
 
i have 2 cars hahaha. and decent audio man? i know my head unit is shit but hey come on 3 high quality jl items!!!!!! SQ level is about as best you can get with those amps

yes the lude is 5 spd and rsx type s is 6 speed

nice lookin whip, you obviousely come from a wealthy family. at 17 you have an rsx and a clean ass prelude.

get your mommy and daddy to send your car to a shop and have the system professionally installed. component quality doesn't matter if theyre not installed properly.

personally, id get rid of the prelude just because theyre heavy as hell and not that fast. put your money into the rsx. the K20 will blow anything else out of the water if you build it. i know the prelude has an H22, nice engine, but the thing plowwws haha
 
Don't put a system in that Type S. It would be dumb to add weight to a car that's major advantage is that it weighs like 2600 lbs.
 
a stock lude and a stock rsx is nearly even of a straight 1/4 mile race. btw i bought the lude for 4500.00 and my granpa gave me the rsx as a gift! ha
 
Personally i hate H series, id rather just go invest in a k24 bottom end witht that type S head an throw a peiced together turbo kit in there an make some real power in the rsx.
 
hahah dont try to customize a stereo? never heard of a stock stereo that send 500 watts to its speakers and sends 700 to a 12 inch ported box..........
