My burton jacket broke

the zipper on my burton jacket broke and i called them and they put me on hold for 20 minutes and never came back so what should i do?

burton will cover it. call again. hey have a 48 hour turnaround on all warranties.

a local taylor should be able to fix it. thats what i did with my siver....

call them back or bring it to a burton dealer. i know north face has a lifetime warranty on all jacket parts, so some companies do fix it for free

bring a photo copy of the receipt, take it to a burton dealer. They'll send it out. If its under warranty they fix it and you pay shipping

ya, there are like 5 or 6 zipper shops with in a 10 minute drive. lol

no way, my bro's burton jacket did that too. Like on the actual zipper a piece of metal broke off so the tab that you pull just fell off. Pretty weak if it's happening to multiple people.

that happened to my helly. but it took like 3 weeks. but i didnt have to pay anything

if you bought it from a local shop take it back to them and they should be able to handle the warranty junk for you. we've had 2 burton jackets this year come back with snapped off zippers and my shop owner personally took care of them with burton.

if you got it online try emailing them too if they dont pick up the phone.
