its kind of like a ding except like many of them at once when i pedal. does anyone know y? i think it hast to do with the pedal arms or the bottom bracket

but it sounds like your tire frame is bent. run it through the brakes slowly and see if it rubs the pads

no it has nothing to do with the wheels or my brakes cause i true my wheels to perfection and it only happens when i pedal not when im coasting or something

your derailr may be hitting your chain, or the entir gear set mey be hitting the frame. try tightening your gear set and shifting the derailer

It's your cranks. Take apart your whole bottom bracket and re grease the bearings really well. I'm about %90 sure thats what it is. If it't that, make sure that your real wheel is aligned right. Sometimes if the wheel is out of alignment, the chain will stress the freewheel and sprocket causing noise. try those two things and you should be good.

naw dude its your cranks. take both your cranks off. check to see if the teeth inside the cranks are warped, bent or worn down. there may be multiple teeth missing, there may be only one that is warped or somewhere in between those two things. if multiple teeth are missing or bent, you need a new crank arm/shaft. if there is only one, a special glue called "Lock Tight" will fix it. you want the blue bottle that is available at any hardware store. tell me what it looks like or ask if you have any other problems.

no teeth are missing but ya i think one of my pedal arms is loose so ill go tighten it up and see what happens

you must be talking about a splined aka isis drive crankset... if it is a cheap bike, it will only have a square bottom bracket. my guess to teh clicking is that your bottom bracket is either bent, or has gotten something inside it. go and get an overhaoul for $80 or whatever and make sure they look at your bottom bracket.

alright, be sure to put it on a surface plane and measure up to make sure its still not bent, and use a SHITLOAD of grease. even if is leaks out after, its better to have too much than not enough

i dont know what your talking about exactly but im talking about a loose crankshaft. no bracket stuff. if its clicking alot, it could be both, but its usually just the crank shaft that is missing teeth or has been warped in some way.
