My back stairs fell through.

So, Friday night we had a  party at our house. My roomate went to go get some cd's from her car and it seemed to take longer than usual. She finally gets back into the house and she is visually shooken up. A few people asked her what was wrong and she said she fell though the stairs. I started laughing cause I thought she just slipped and fell down the stairs. It turns out that two of the footboards fell out from under neath her. She fell about 8 ft and landed on our cellar/storm door for the basement almost landing on our grill.   I thought I'd share and I will hopefully get pics up before the landlord comes and fixes it.
 
people told her to sue them but she is getting her hospital bill paid for so i don't think she will.

at first i though that was the real Lateralis. I was fooled.
 
Why is he a jerk for saying that? The girl fell through the stairs 8 ft. She could have seriously been hurt.
 
you live in an apartment? a stairwell is a common pathway that has to be taken care of by the landlord. if someone is injured as a result, the landlord can be sued for negligence. was your friend hurt in any way?
 
Stasman he came today and 'fixed' it. he said to try no t to use it cause its not nailed in yet. Its still blocked off.

we live in the top 2 floors of a house. we have indoor stairs in the front, and wooden outdoor stair out back going up to our rear porch. these are the kinds of stairts that have only the side boards and then a board to walk on slides into notches.

lol, when you see these stairs, youll laugh too. i think youd get mroe fucked fallin down them, than through them. in the winter when they are snowy and icy its nutso.

btw stas, the dude came and fixed em, they are all good now.
