My amazingly awesome vending machine story

so i wake up this morning already running late for my classes and pretty much just have to put clothes on and leave.. i'm in class pretty long.. so before my first class i turned to the vending machine breakfast. first i went to the pepsi machine and paid $1.25 for my pepsi and the machine gave me a $1.00 back, so i got my pepsi for 25 cents! fuck yea! THENNNN i turned to the candy machine and paid 85cents for a twix bar, and what happened??? the machine gave me a twix bar and a fucking king size reeses!!

this is obviously the most cool thing that has ever happened to anybody in the history of the world so i thought you guys would enjoy the story.
 
dont you love when vending machines give you free shit. i tried to get a bag of chips once and it got stuck on the little ring things so i shook the machine and it let the bag of chips go along with another bag so i got a completely free bag of chips. stoke! aha
 
thats awesome. once i ate all the peanuts in those bubble things because it was broken.

I just lost a battle with a vending machine. Stole $2 from me.
 
the gatorade machine in the building at the base of keystone near a51 gave me 4 free gatorades once. considering those things are about $187 a bottle i was pretty stoked.
 
hahahah the best is when someone elses shit get stuck, and they are too lazy to battle with the machine so they just leave. then you buy the same thing and get two
 
no the best is when you go dwn to get chasers at 12 at night and the vending machine door is open and you fill 3 backpacks with free vitamin waters
 
at a rink i used to play hocket this is what one of the soda machines did.1. put in a $5 bill2. select drink3. drink comes out4. $5 bill comes back 5. 50 cents also comes out
Basically you make 50 cents + soda off the vending machine. me and a friend got around 15-20 drinks from it one day.
(this is a claim)
 
THat's sick...the ones at my school ALWAYS get stuck and you end up paying $3.00 for corn nuts.

and they're bolted down so I can't shake 'em.
 
i don't know if that beats the two time i've received free money from ATMs.

i was out for lunch and decided to pull $40 out of an ATM, thing shot out $60, checked my account balance, it had only taken out $40. so i had an extra $20 in my pocket all week because i had nothing to spend it on.

i was at the mall before seeing a movie and i pulled out $200, gave me $210, checked the balance, only took out $200.

jea that's right free money bitches.
 
Damn you guys.Our school banned vending machines! We used to have a sweet hot drink machine that if you payed 10c you get 2hot chocolates instead of $2.
 
the time at my school for vending machines is not so nice... theres this retarded kid who stand 3 inches from your face while your deciding what you want and sometimes tries to hit buttons for you so you get more change becuase once the change falls he trys to go for it! and im always just like dude wtf are you doing ?! then he usually backs up but then his little klepto ass lies to the lunch ladies telling him the machine takes his money when he has none becuase hes trying to snake mine !
 
at my old school there was an older style vending machine... a select few figured out that if you unplug the vending machine, people still put money in but can't figure out whats going on and don't even bother to check the plug.... come back a couple hours later and hopefully no one has plugged it back in.. when you plug it back in a waterfall of coins come shooting out.... paid for a 1/8th couple times. hahaha
 
a good memory i have when i was little at a hockey tournament my hockey team discovered that on those bubble candy machines (where you put in the coin and twist it gives you candy) if you twisted these ones backwars it would give us free candy (must have been broken or really old) but we emptied the machines
 
thats awesome one time i paid two dollars for a drink and got two back and if that was cool enough the machine then gave me a dollar back so i got 2 drinks for only a dollar it was at least one of the top 5 best moments in my life
 
At our old vending machine in high school, you could pick the drink you wanted and if you held the button the whole time, you would get anywhere from 2-6 of that drink. It was pretty sweet.
 
at this one hockey rink the bubble candy machine was cracked and opened so like everyone filled their pockets with skittles. it was awesome.
 
that's my dream every time i go to use a vending machine.. only i want to punch in $20 and it gives me $200im jealous.
 
In middle school one of the machines in the caffeteria puked its guts out and dropped out all but the upper row.
 
once in my university a vending machine also went crazy and it gave 1 liter bottle of coke for 10 chilean pesos and 1 dollar is 600 pesos so that is like 2 cents for 1 liter of coke
 
at timberline lodge we were trying to get sour patch and it wasn't working so the people opened the machine and like 15 packs fell out and they let us keep all of them. it was the bestest day evarrr
 
heres a story for you. its easy to get 20 energy drinks for $9

my school goes to smugglers notch in vermont for a ski trip every year, my first year and a kid that went told us of this was to cheat out a vending machine. there the coke one that have the conveyor belt that goes to your level gets the drink and sends it out the door. so you select your order and you reach your hand up inside the whole where the drink comes out and you will feel a door, what the drink comes out. so you push against it and since the door does not open when the drink comes to hit it, it thinks you have not got your drink, so it lowers then comes back up and tries it again and doesnt work then it gives you your money back, you put the money in and repeat the proccess. you can get about 4 energy drinks for the price of one, you would be able to get more but you try(we found out the hard way) and the drink exploded inside the machine. it works pretty well. we tried it and themachine put nothing out and stopped it at the bottom, we asked the manager and he opened it and gave us the drinks, there was probably 3 on the conveyor belt. try it sometime, it works better in a corner because someone has to crouch in order tohold the door closed
 
Isnt it awesome to see how stoked people get when they get free food or extra change?

i know because its happened a couple of times to me and it makes me feel like im on the top of the world

I have an awesome one.

for some reason, the vending machine near my architecture studio has two vending things that are messed up. One is free. the other is 10 cents. I've gotten at least 10 bags of free pop corn from the free one. (I didnt take all of them cause I leave some for my fellow architecture friends...our lives suck. I cant take everything). I got 3 today. its awesome. you just wait until the refill the machine and stock up. It's been going on all semester.
