When i first heard this i thought he got in a fight cuse he dose that alot. But it was because he talked about a gun. I think its bull shit, he didnt know that you cant say some thing like that. My parents where telling his about Colmobine and how he cant talk about guns and all, and then he siad 'then why do they make toy guns and knifes'. My brother like allmost evey kid watchs TV and shows with guns and shooting so how would he know not to talk about them.

wow i siad he is in DAY CARE i dont know how people got pre-school out of that. He is going into 4th grade, sence its the summer he goes to day care cuse im sure as hell not going to watch his fat ass. But still a 9 year old with all he sees on TV and has never had a family member die and cant understand what guns can do would have no clue not to talk about them. This is excatly what Bowling for Comlibine was about, how the US is so so uptight about this shit now. Suspending a 9 year old isnt going to stop a 17 year old across the contrey from blowing up his class. In a few cases kids have been suspended from school for useing there fingers as guns and going 'bang bang' on the play ground. He is still in the eearly stages of Concrete operational stage and dosent understand death and shit yet. If they give him more then 1 day out of school im going to that place and fucking arugeing with them. Funny thing is only 35% of highschool graduates get out of the Concrete operational stage so the people who supsended him are in the same stage as he is in just 20 years older.

^Sorry about the miscommunication, Misty 7. In my neck of the woods, your definition of Day Care (in the summer) is called Day Camp. Day Care here means, pre-school, as in caring for the ultra-youngins who aren't ready for school during the day. That's bs that he got suspended for talking about that. People talk about that stuff all the time, I can hardly imagine that he is the first one to talk about that in his school.

there was this kid in my kindergarden class that was always getting in trouble and he peed onthe playground and got suspended for 2 days and came back really busted up... his dad beat him for getting suspended... it didn't mean anything to me at the time but looking back on it... yea... kids need good roll models and people to tell them the difference between right and wrong... he didn't know it was wrong to talk about guns.. he wasn't hurting anyone, how could he know?

guns do kill people, look at the facts...where there is heavy gun control in other countries, their is a drastic difference in homicide rates but here in the US where we have little gun control, we beat the closest country in number of homocides by the thousands! sorry but you cant twist that any way. guns are fine but its messed up when almost anyone can go out and buy a gun within 20 minutes. people who argue against gun control completely look away from and choose to ignor what is happening day to day in our country

 
I think that it's dumb that he got kicked out if he was just talking about guns, but if he was saying stuff like 'If I had a gun...' then there might be a reason for it. I got really scared driving, because a little kid had a toy gun pointing out of the window. That sort of stuff is dumb, plain and simple. Parents need to take responsibility, and explain that guns are bad. However, I disagree that water fights with squirt guns are not bad, but it is sort of dumb to take them to school, because they're going to be strict there.

Reading this bullshit gets me all riledsp? up. The same sorta shit was around with my brother when he was about 9-10 at his elementary school. You would be written up and nabbed of recess for days if you called someone an idiot, or stupid. The general population of the school felt it was there duty to 'tell' on somebody over miniscule insults like those.. When I went to that school we used to call everybody fuckers and nothing happened. All this bullshit stuff is getting ridiculous..

They now lock up all soccer goals because one stupid ass kid got killed by one falling over. The kids were horsing around and did it to themselves, but in any case, all goals must now be locked up and put away. Its such a hassle for my soccer team..augh.
