will foreigners still be able to buy it this summer? i heard the gov. there is trying to stop dumb tourists from being able to buy it
 
That's only in the south and around the borders I've heard. Germans, French, Belgians are all just going across the border to stack their cars full of weed and then drive back.

It'd be so stupid of the government to ban foreigners from getting weed. Huuuge income and 'tourist' attraction

Yes, but you can only buy 5 grams at a time. Remember, the THC in Dutch weed is about 100% to 200% higher than in your weed... 5 grams should get you 10 strong joints...

After you finished those just walk into one of the other coffeeshops (there's 350 in Amsterdam, basically on every street corner)

You should try get your hands on some 'Nederwiet' (Netherweed), like 'Northern Lights', amazingly strong, that shit will seriously fuck you up. 35% THC, whereas marihuana is actually only 'gedoged' up to 15% (your weed will have like 5-10% THC).
