hey guys, just wanted to let you know that your my favorite group of skiers. schmies and applegate rule. you guys need to come out to boyne this winter!!!

scott I kinda don't think that they check this forum at all. They check pbp and a little of ms but thats it. You could always email them but schmies and al aren't the best with this technolagy stuff. lates

Yeah they are wicked cool, my skis were messed up at HN 2 years ago and one of them let me use their skis for the day, I think it was Schmies.

 
ya watch 'declaration' their first movie, they're doing dspins and shit and this was way back in the day.

yea for sure. they were the first to do d-spins, back full's in the pipe and others. these guys rock and i am happy to say i competed against them way back. i think it was 98.

 
i saw the vid that greg tufflemire and collin ote sent their sponsers and damn they were the shit, this was like 94 i think and theyre pulling flairs on tow-ins and shit, and this was the midwest!, i gotta meet one of them sometime, i need to go to copper and meet greg tuffle

yea a really good friend of mine i used to ski with forever was actually greg tuffelmire's best friend in high school. dude the best was when holmes came to michigan with mwas i think and that was in late 96. i am pretty sure michigan was the first to have a jumping scene. from what i know!

Yeah, those guy's are some of the coolest, most talented people I've ever met. Applegate, Clarke, Schmies, Hammersly ,Cole and that whole crew. And now Cooper resides in that area, Craziness.I love skiing and hangin out with those guy's, which I don't get to do often enough . I know there first web site is down, best way to get copy of that video is to email Alex Applegate. Don't forget to ask about last years video 'Home Grown'.

 
This was the deadest most ancient thread on NS until today. In bumping it, I have both revitalized it, and killed its importance and what makes it special in my actions.
