Muxtape.com is a site that allows you to upload 12-13 tracks straight from your computer. Then at the main page you find thousands of other mixtapes from other people. It's definately a good way to find some new artists if you are sick of listening to the same music. Uploading the music takes some time but its totally worth it, around 2-3 minutes per song depending on the length and quality. They need to be mp3s however, so some people might need to covert them before uploading or else it wont play.

Here's the mixtape i made, comment on it if you wish. It's just a solid mix of jam/indie/electronic/groove all good for kickin' back and relaxing.

Here's the main site where you can click on other mixes. To refresh the page for new mixes just click the "Muxtape" in the top left corner and it should come up with a bunch of new ones.

So comment and post your other mixes so we can share all of our music knowledge without bombarding the media and arts section with threads like "Need new music" and whatnot. Hopefully this gets around because it would definitely help spread some music around this site.
 
Bump because i know this will be beneficial to NS and because some people only look at threads based upon their replies unless the title is "FREE PORN" or something of that matter.
 
Well you should be uploading directly from your computer so as long as the files are mp3s then you should be set.
 
Nah you can only listen to them, but since you have the song title and artist it should be easy enough to find the album off line somewhere.
