Any word on when an iTunes release is expected? I pre-ordered mine but I'll end up buying it on iTunes too.

Oh, I should've mentioned to check your spam, that's where mine showed up. I ordered mutiny and (pre-ordered ) a team hoodie yesterday.

Handling: Your item(s) will leave our office in the next 1 to 3 business days.
Tracking: We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and at this time they do not provide us with tracking numbers. Unfortunately this means you cannot track your package. We apologize for any inconvenience.
US shipping time: If you live with in the United States, feel free to contact us if your package does not arrive within 10 business days.
International shipping time: Due to international borders and customs agents often holding packages for over a week, non-U.S. customers should wait at least 17 business days before notifying Stept of a missing package.
Contact: In the case of a package not arriving, please contact alex@steptproductions.com (phone: 303-351-1952) and we will resend your complete order. Please do not file a claim with PayPal as they are usually hard to reverse and getting your items will require restarting the ordering process completely.
Returns: If you would like to return an item, simply mail it to the return address on the package: Stept 735 17th St. Boulder, CO 80302. Include a note specifying if you would like to exchange it for another item or receive a refund. We will contact you via email that we have received the package and taken the requested action.

They want you to pay for the dvd because iTunes takes a girthy chunk out of the revenue. Buying the DVD supports the company directly.

Their email confirmation setup must have been down. There was an error message after my order as well. Seeing as your bank account was charged there shouldn't be a problem.
And I second what everyone else has been saying. Support Stept and order direct (DVD). Give back to the people who put in all the work, not Apple

Ok. so my thoughts on the movie, Wow very raw, but still very good, had almost a skate movie feel to it with a pretty good amount of clips filmed with a fish eye, but its shot by stept so production wise it was great, definitely a lot of talent behind the scenes in the crew.
Shea Flynn's segment was very dark and once the segment ended my friends were in shock not knowing how well Stept could portray grimness and not make it chessy.
Overall I LOVED THE MOVIE, farthest thing you could get away from a cookie cutter ski movie as possible. Clayton threw down, and cam had an amazing ender. IT does not disappoint , go buy it if you already haven't!
