2001: a space odysee(1968)- Kubrick

Brazil(Brazil)- Gilliam

Birds(1963)- Hitchcock

psycho(1960)- Hitchcock

Strangers on a train(1951)-Hitchcock

Pulp Fiction(1994)- Tarentino

Edward Scisor hands(1990)- Burton

The Pianist(2002)- Polanski

Citizen Kane(1941)- Welles

Requiem For a Dream(2000)- Aronofsky

and Tron(1982) Lisberg

the last one is seperate because its not a brilliant movie other than in the special effects department and arts department

A Clockwork Orange for sure...dopest movie ever, Kubricks 2001: A Space Odyssey was alittle too weird for me...

"Angels Dance How Feathers Float"

2001 a space odysee is an awesome movie. its a bit boring at first and alot of people dont get it but its totally genious the whole movie is backwards there is very little dialog and the dialog that is in there is useless. the genious of the movie is where nothing is said.

it isnt made for the general public but if you are good at finding meanings in books and movies this movie is for you

If you liked Requim of a dream Aronofsky flick, you have to see Pi. It actually came pout before requim. it's dope.

1. le voyage dans la lune (a trip to the moon) (1902) - silent movie usually among the first listed in the most important movies ever. in terms of visuals its really something. a smashing pumpkins video was a copy of this.

2. the good the bad the ugly (amazing, sergio leone is a qualified cinematic genius)

3. citizen kane (a lot of people don't take to it, or don't get it, but its really incredible and laid some serious groundwork - way ahead of its time. you gotta see it sooner or later anyway.)

4. psycho, vertigo, the 39 steps, north by northwest (all by hitchcock, all really really good)

5. birth of a nation (1915) (this is for those that either want to see one of the most racist movies ever, or want to learn about film, its long and exhausting but you'll know about an important film)

6. Chinatown

7. Taxi Driver. Visually hypnotic, dark, mysterious, pretty bad ass actually. its where the famous "you lookin at me" line comes from me

8. Easy Rider (really good movie, historically important, with a style of production that you most likely haven't seen before. watch the dvd extras as theres some interesting stories behind the production of this one)

9. Apocalypse Now (need i say more)

10. The Shining, Clockwork Orange, Dr. Strangelove, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Lolita (getting to know Kubrick is fun and easy. Provacative in the best senses, while often profound)

11. Ben Hur ( i haven't seen it yet but it won an unprecidented 11 academy awards. one of the hugest movies ever)

meh i'm tired of thinking, theres a ton more that i can't think of at this moment and even tons more that i've never seen. but these are all amazing movies that anyone who's interested in film needs to see.

jackson sucks. tell your friends.

15 years old... you cant even take the girl anywhere... you have to get laid in the back of your... bicycle? or bring your parents along... or get a ride... hey mommy, i need a ride over to my bitch's house so
