I just got in to the killers/interpol/ some of the postal service kind of music. what other bands are there that are similar to these bands?
 
i'd say the killers are nothing like postal service.

similar to the killers? try Ok GO, their album's great
 
ya i didnt mean that they were all similar, but just music like any of those bands (just clarifying)

She wants revenge sounds alot like Interpol. when I heard them in the video of the week on freeskier.com I thought it was interpol.
 
here are a bunch of indie bands i like (the list is longer but this is the more mainstream stuff that is easier to download and less "weird" for lack of a better word) but i started out listening to the strokes and the killers and bloc party and interpol too so maybe you will like some of these

the aeffect, arctic monkeys, bloc party, the bravery, caesars, the cribs, death from above 1979, discover america, every move a picture, franz ferdinand, the gun shys, hard-fi, hot hot heat, ima robot, kaiser chiefs, the kills, kings of leon, kissing tigers, maximo park, metric, moving units, mystery jets, the new pornographers, q and not u, the rakes the rapture, rilo kiley, robbers on high street, she wants revenge, snow patrol, the sounds, the stills, the strokes, yeah yeah yeahs
 
thanks bro. i actually recently got franz ferdinand, bloc party, and a few other ones you listed so im definatly gonna look into those bands
 
ya man i actually checked that out and it was pretty sick. it started to ask me for a username and stuff after a while so i'll try again tommorow
