Music downloading

i was just wondering what the best music download client is now. i just recently had my computer re-done so it's ultra fast and stuff. i'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for the safest, fastest, with the widest variety as a music client? i used to run frostwire for interests sake.
 
i've only used frostwire and limewire for p2p music downloading, both have worked fine with me.

when downloading albums, torrents is by far the best i believe.

btw, you should also buy some albums once in a while, especially if you got some favourite artist or band.
I just bought every single album from Sigur Rós and that was soooo much more giving that using piratebay to get them

 
This is how I download music:

- Say I'm looking for Animal Collective's "Merriweather Post Pavillion." I go to google and search "merriweather post pavillion site:megaupload.com"

- That gives you results just from megaupload. People upload the albums there and link to them in their blogs and what not, so you can find them pretty easily.

- http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=merriweather+post+pavillion+site%3Amegaupload.com&aq=f&oq=&aqi=

- You click around the results and find one that looks like it's probably the album. Look for the actual name in the title, a decent sized file (at least 50 mb, depending on the cd) etc.

- In the example, the first one looks legit. Type in the code in the upper right and download it.

- It usually downloads a .rar file. You need a free program to open expand it, much like a zip file.

- Open up the folder and listen to the tuneage!

*I've had great success with this method, but be careful with what you download. Don't do it if it looks sketchy.
 
I don't do singles with that method. I would recommend that if you want just a single from a cd is to download the entire cd and then delete everything except for the song you want. Personally, I prefer having the entire cd.
 
I'm saying that if it looks like a CD, but is only 754 kb or something like that don't download it. A CD should be at least 50 megabytes. A song should be at least 3-4.
