Music and skiing

Hey whats up. Just wondering, do most ppl ski with or w/o music. I use a freaking big ipod and shove the ear buds into my ears under my helmate. what music do u listen to and what do u use, ipod, some mp3..

i always ski with my buddies and we cant talk to eachother really while listening to music but when im skiin alone i like to whip out the ipod and crank up the tunes

nights with the hombres, i occasionally pop and earbud in one ear, if i go somewhere with a decnt park, ill rock the tunes, and just turn them down or off on the chairlift, i had a shuffle, but now im usuing a ghetto ass cd player

ive got tune ups and earbuds when im not wearin my helmet. i rock my music as loud as it can be, even when on the chairlift and people try talkin to me, i just point at my ear and shake.

PS get one of these for your ipod, its sweet knowin it can get soaked and still not affect your ipod

its cool sometimes cause ur listening to mac dre and shit and you feel like a badass but then you drop in front of someone cause you didnt hear them. i dont feel in touch with the surrounding as much i say save the tunes for the car ride to the hill, let ur homies get you stoked when ur there

yeah i feel like i cant concentrate as well with headphones in. Its fun when you're regularly skiing just making turns or whatever, but it messes me up in the park. Plus im paranoid I'm gonna break something expensive.

I used to wear one earbud, now I only listen to music if it's over my head peice when I'm riding back country...

at least the hills I ride at aren't filled with Gorbs so I don't have to worrk about running any over

If I'm with friends usually no music but I always let it play and tuck the buds into my goggle strap and if I want I just pull one down and listen. If I am by myself I will listen to it then.
