Muscle spasms after skiing?

alright so after i go skiing, and everytime i get in the car my quad just tightens and its a ridiculous and uncomfortable pain? does this happen to anyone else?
 
thanks for the advice, i will drink a lot more next time. but i did drink like 3 bottles of water and a sprite so i guess i just have to drink more.
 
ok so if you feel like you did drink enough. then just do some basic stretching after you're done to keep from tightening up.
 
My face; namely my mouth, twitches a lot after im done skiing. I think it's because it's when I really warm up.

overuse of muscles leads to them tightining up to try and prevent use. You need 4 things Potassium, Amino acids((fills in gaps where muscle starts to tear)and they tear when pushed, how muscle is built)) and of course liquids. Gatorade and water works well and pop doesn't help too terribly much. But if you follow the previous two the liquid portion won't matter too much since your drinking decent amounts of water and a sprite
