from one side you can see one image and from the reverse side you can see another. you can have 2 people doing 2 things on the same screen when positioned side by side.

or you can have dual screen using a mirror

you can set the angles. you can have one view when watching straight on and another view when watching 20 degrees to the left, or any other angle you want.

this would be so great. the trick is not telling other you have this like this you can do this:

you and your girl are relaxing on the couch watching The Notebook unaware that 20 degrees away from her line of view you are watching Booter Crunk.

that would be sick.

my guess is that the whole screen is little trianles that pop out and there are pixels on either side.

Now please excuse me, i gotsta get my tree fed.
 
ohh I was wrong about the "you can choose your angle. its set you cant change it. but its got realistic viewing angles. here is a quote:

"The screen has been designed so that the two angles are well within the bounds of normal viewing behaviour. At about 90cm from the screen, two people sitting just 30cm apart would see different pictures. And in each case, the image would occupy the full screen...."

I just thought of how cool this would be. forget about watching different movies. how about console gaming?

both players have full screen, and you cant spy on what your oponent is doing. that would be one of the coolest things.

OMG just realised the PS3 can support 2 screens. so you hook up the PS3 to this screen and you can play dual screen multiplayer games. so cool

i get it, but the mechanics of controlling 2 different screens would be so hard, like would your mouse really know which screen your looking at? i dont think so, where you click on one screen could mess up the other one.

what cant you figure out? how it works? dont beat yourself over it neither can the guys at competing companies like Sony, Panasonic and all those brands.

its not that hard, im guessin each pixel is on a tiny triangle. One side is the base, the other is one screen, and the other is the other screen. Its like having 2 screens in one. Its like how those pictures that change when you move your head.
