Multi shot cameras

ummm yeahhh.... can literally almost give you a link to every single camera in the world. sorry, but your gunna have to be more specific type of camera, point and shoot or dslr, price range and etc.
 
o sorry a camera on the cheaper side point and shoot like the ones they use to take lines in skate mags

Go with Canon, you get more bang for your buck. And the Canon 50D is amazing, although from the sounds of it, you need something like XTi or XSi. Oh and the picture you showed as an example, looks like a series of still frames from a video. Which you can do, but unless you have a nice video camera, will look like crap.
 
And to add to my previous post, your going to hard pressed to find anything "cheap and beginner-ish" that can pull off more then 3 FPS.
 
judging from the quality of the photobucket link that was taken on a video camera and frames were pulled from it.
 
same here, I have an old Olympus point and shoot I used to use all the time. its nothing compared to my current camera, but it can shoot off more frames per second than my DSLR! anyway, I made a sequence of myself jumping off a cliff, was sweet. that sounds like its what this kid needs.
