Its total shit. I lost all respect for the VMA's. A few years ago they were cool and people did funny shit on them and it was good. Now they care more about being all popular and everything (hence having it in Miami) and the afterparty. Greendays ok but they shouldnt have won 5 awards. It was so unbalanced

its all mainstream media you know. there are thousands of bands that are better than green day, and especially better then the killers. the underground has got some good music, both rock and hip-hop. i am sick and tired of mtv bands and there lame award show. when mtv shows real music, ill start watching again.

 
It was so hilarious, for the video of the year award greenday won and came onstage and like the main singer tried to cheek kiss bow wow and bow wow gave him a shove and ran offstage. It was hilarious.
