You guys don't know what you are talking about. All you need to do is cut one 9 inch gap in the down tube of you bicycles frame. Then go to your local grocery store and purchase an 11 inch loaf of French Bread. Then cut 1 inch off of each end of the bread. Now insert the bread into the pre-cut frame, and glue using Cream cheese. Let sit for 17 minutes. Then go ride and watch your bicycle crumple. While waiuting, enjoy two inches of French Bread with the Cream Cheese.
