anyone ridden the giant STP 2. i can get a wicked deal on one and was wondering how people liked it

I don't ride as much CX , but my friend who's a hardcore XC rider loves the stumpjumpers, I've seen in bfore, and it looks to be a deadly XC bike.

they are cool bikes, they arnt my favorite hardtails, but they are sweet none the less. they are really light bikes, (not always a good thing) they are definatly better suited to trials and technical urban riding than to freeriding and Dirt jumps. dont get me wrong, they work fine, but the headtube is really steep, and at speed, they feel really twitchy. if your lookin to get into DJs, check out the iron horse porter pro. so sick. by far my favorite hardtail ever, so incredibly stiff, and the head angle is absolutely perfect.

well, i can get a deal on giant specialized and jamis. my uncle owns a shop. ive been out a biking since i broke my bike years ago. im not really into dirt jumps. more trail and technical. ill probably get into park a bit more cause im moving to whistler, but its not my focus. i want a freeride bike but a hard tail. dont want to have to deal with repairs anymore.

get the STP 2, I just got the lower Version(STP 3) and its so sick. Deffenatly get it, its a great bike.

you broke the rules, now im gonna pull out all your pubic hairs.
 
k u aid u can get deals on specialized so if you want an al around mtn bike look at the stumpjumper, or if you ride a lil harder look at the sx trail. thats a real nice bike that can take a lot of abuse, but its not crazy expensive. like i was lookin at the demo 9 for next season, but it was over $4000 so im tryin 4 the big hit fsr
