Mteallica S+M

it was an amazing concert, and i wouldn't expect anything less to see Metallica.  I bought the dvd and I love watcing it.

 
Anything new coming out of tha camp is garbage. Their old stuff is gold. The new stuff is soo bad, ESPECIALLY the drums. They were soo out of tune.......man soo bad.
 
They ruined music by being a bunch of whiney bitches who sued napster. Yes sooner or later someone else would have done it but I now direct my anger directly at Lars. Plus as was previously stated everything they have put out for the last decade or so has sucked. They suck, accept it and save your 75 bucks that will get you into a half dozen good shows.
 
fuck that! bands were losing lots of money. anyways the s+m cd and dvd are amazing. i love metallica. i cant believe it was only 75! i was thinking atleast 100 for the back!
 
How does the downfall of Napster affect music? Maybe I'm tired or something, but I'm not following that argument at all.
 
I didn't know that they were still playing S&M shows after the conductorof the San fransisco Symphony died. Anyways, 75$ that's a good price, I dont' know what you people are bitching, I don't see you having milllions of fans.
 
ya i saw them live in Vancouver in '04, it was an amazing performance. they sure know how to put on a show. and my ticket for that was $80. and worth every penny!

 
i dont think they were out of tune - they just sounded totally different to other drums they have used. more like steel drums or something.
 
First off, the reason I see them as the ruiners of music; they have Lars Ulrich on drums. He might be the shittiest drummer ever. He can't even play Metallica's drum parts well... and he came up with them!
 
Saying they ruined music is a general statement. With your response to that you have told me that Metallica IS music and no other bands exist. I'm still not seeing a strong argument here. Sure, that sucks that their drummer isn't the best, but does that affect the entire music community? No. Maybe instead of whining about it you should either listen to their older stuff or find some other music to listen to--if you can change your perspective of music to include somebody besides Metallica.
 
metallica is damn talented. yes lars sued napster. big woop heres a cookie. they are still all amazingly talented at what they do. and saint anger does suck and always will suck. but they sure as hell didnt ruin music.
