Mt. Sunapoontang

sunapee was a bunch of fun over break. Middle jump was mint by the time I left! Word up to park crew, startin to see some good changes.

oh also eastside was fun, until they reduced the size of the jump. Also they should remove the "third pipe" and maybe rollers and put in 1 or 2 more of them each one slightly bigger and make a nice jumpline, keep the spine, maybe make it a bit bigger, maybe throw a flat rail or box in there too.

Also "natural side of lower blastoff is real fun, so epic on a pow day, cause all the joeys think its not part of the trail and stick to the groomed part, freshies all day long, and adds the big mountain sense to skiing. Sunapee over grooms.

the kid in the latest photo was matt, his ns'ers name is meski

and the park on eastside is never gonna have rails or anything b/c its supposed to be natural features 100% snow

but the park is deff shaping and should be epic this weekend with the rainbow and whatever else they added.

Bobby your right the middle jump is perfection

hopefully the good things keep coming

yeah i know matt kind of, didn't recognize him in the pic. Can't find the pic now, but wasn't he on anthems? I'm used to him riding on 1st gen lizzies or scratch sprayer BCs.

whoa, i was in a pic of the day? damnit i wanna see it haha.... im riding on anthems... the lizzies are retired and the sprayer bc's are toast.

yea dude you come back for 2 days and your a celebrity

theyve got the pic on these digi display boards in the lodge too

I know its a bit late in the season now, and that according to the park

site, 'the park is 100% complete", but I see the skiers left side has a

3 jump line that goes 35-40-55 all step downs, yet the right side is a

bit lacking. There is a "3 jump line" if you can call it that that

goes 5-10-15. Site says they are "split lip jumps" Are they step

downs, tables, or just wedges and a landing? For next year or later

this season if possible I'd like to see a jump line that's like

10-15-20-30 or 10-20-25 or 10-20-30 or 10-15-20-25 all legit step downs

all nicely shaped and manicured. For reference, https://newschoolers.com/web/forums/readthread/thread_id/436896/

my home mountain when I'm at university.

i was up there on sunday it was okay. the big park on the left was legit i liked the flow cuz it was like a real slopestyle course. but the small side was waay lacking. there were no lips to any of the hits except for the flat down at the end and the flat rail in the middle. idk it was good it didnt help that someone jacked my brand new Thall poles. they tried to steal my invaders but couldnt get through the lock (thank god)

Just wanted to let you cats know we are closing tomorrow so come for the rail jam. Check out the photo of the setup in the resort news section. Should be sick.

Also, thanks to everyone who has been in the park, regulars and one-timers. It's been an awesome season and we want to thank you for giving input to help make the park better.

We have tons of plans for next year like turning Elliot into a park.

Have a good summer, see you in the Fall.

i dont really agree with the whole jump thing. I think that the second jump is mad sketchy but the first and last kickers are mad fun. I thought
