anyone ever been? I thought I wanted and thought I was going to windells because my family told me they would send me to the ski camp I wanted but apparently they thought I wanted this one, and to learn racing there. Is the park good? Good coaches? or is it race/ mogul oriented like the 2 four year old threads I found said. mthood.com is the web addy

Thanks for any info

my bro went there he said it was sick, nice park some of the coaches are pros and the rooms are sick he said.

The site said it has a lift. I don't know if they have a private lift but there are chairs on the palmer glacier or whatever.

Funfact claimage:My great grandfather helped put the first lift(rope tow) on mt. hood.

public park on the mile is lappable through june. all camp parks on mt. hood are hiking parks except for high cascade who will be taking over the ASJ park this summer

i went last year with my bro and two friends and heres the lowdown. first i didn't stay at the MHSSC hotel thing, i stayed in Govy(Government camp). My friend said the hotel was pretyy shit but i dunno. they got miniramps and other stuff to do at the main too. As for skiing, it's all hiking in the park. Its a pretty sick park. they had a 3 jump line probly like 15 feet 30- 40 feet and then a big booter at the bottom about 50 to 60 feet. they had a sick down rail, a nice C box and they set up a sick flat down flat down.

hope that was helpful

I went to Mt. Hood Summer Ski Camp, and I had fun. Wasnt as intesnive as Tichy, or eric sailer, but I went for racing. It seemed to be focused on moguls. Fun fact, Tanner Rainville was in my section when I was there.
