Mt. Hood in the summer

what is windells and mount hood summer ski camp like? what do you do after you done sking? is it better or worse than camps in whistler

 
I went to Mount hood summer ski camp in the begining of june. After camp we went on a hike to see a water fall which doesnt sound to cool but it was pretty neat once you got to it, then we had a picnic one day and played football, i had 4 tds, and went cliff jumping another day which was awsome but really cold. Then one day it rained so we drove to portland to see pearl harbor. Yea it was a real good time and had alot of fun, but im going to whistler next year just because windells is real expensive and MHSSC is cheap but its more moguls with some jumps. But mt hood is a really fun time too, you just have to use the public park which is still nice, when we were there the pipe was sooooo nice, they groomed it daily and i was like the only one using it. But it did have a tree sticking out the left wall

I have been told(by people on this site) that mt. Hood is great in the summer. Their only complaint was that it didn't have the whole 'party town' atmosphere that wistler does when you are done skiing for the day. I am pretty sure that the camps at Whistler are more expensive. I may be wrong though.

going there for the past 2 summers. Govy Is not a party town. Thats what it lacks... Is the party..

i love hood. i work at mt hood summer ski camp...and dspinx...you just went to early. they dont get their park till july usually. the skiin gup there is so much better i heard. but the partying kinda sucked. thats why me and the other staff members stayed in the staff trailor and smoke pot...hahaha. it was great

 
yeah...i kinda like govy though. me and my friend smoked a joint right in front of the covience store on a couch there...no body really cares what you do there and its all aobut skiing there which is cool

 
if you go to mt hood in the winter ski meadows.. Timberline sucks and is flat as flat in the winter..
