I just looked at a few bikes... if you have any input before I make my decision let meee knowwww.

Kona: Kula, Caldera

Fisher: Big Sur, Tassajara disc GS, Hoo Koo

Looking at specialized on thursday.

i had a stinky all last year and I hooked my mom up with one. they are sweet. Kona tends to run a more upright position and for some reason they down hill really well, even the xc bikes. I'm a big fan of fishers because of all the rock solid engineering that goes into them. and the big sur gs comes with carbon seat and chain stays which equals a waaaay better ride.

^ Or just a Stinky would do her fine... Anyways, if you want a bike message me. I just won a hardtail today and it's a really good starting bike. 380 doller value and I'll sell it for 350. I literally just took it home and put it in the garage no more than a few hours ago. I still have the sales ticket on it for proof.

how much you lookin to spend? how tall are you, where you normally ride, and how much you weigh. message me if you're seriously interested in mt bikes and maybe i can give you some tippppss

i dono what kinda riding ur lookin to do but if ur lookin for like all mt/xc go with fisher and i really loved the sugar 4+..if u can get enugh change for it.. if ur lokin more for dh or skiresort shit... kona stinky or deelux... my fav freeride bike.

I'm not into kona's that much, most are over priced, except for the Kona Stinky, its an amazing bike for only 2300$, its deffinatly improved over the last 4 years.

yea i went and looked, its a nice bike, iv got a specialized p2 and i really wana get a specialized demo 9 or a banshie, but i dont have 5 grand

Why is it a waste of time getting a softail? Do you believe that it won't perform as well? Or is it that you dont see the value of it? Or is it that your a tradionalist and believe that a hard tail is the only way to go?

You can't just make a statement and not justify it. I find that softails are awsome if you get a decent bike. They allow you to pull shit you wouldn't normally be able to pull off. Also they can be a little more forgiving then a hard tail.

Nope, lookin to buy though. I have an stp that I use for everything from street to freeride to downhill. First rafce is this weekend.

rippin up post canyon.

i duno where you live so if your in the states im not shure the cost but in canada a demo 9 is 5gs, your gona drop that much on a bike
