Hey I am most likely going to MSU next year (like 99% chance) so I was just wondering what are people's suggestions of which dorm is the best. I have heard South/North hedges are the by far the best.

And also do you know if we get to write someones name down as kind of a like "I want to room with them" person? Because if anyone on NS who is going there next year wants to room together shoot me a PM.

Thanks, I'll be out there sometime during the summer for orientation so I might see some of you out there.
 
ya, go to hedges. or roskie if you wanna go nuts/party. dont go to langford.

and yes, you can request a roommate.
 
Roskie is the shiiiiiiit. But im getting my own room next year so i dont need a roommate. single as a double soooonnnn. dont do that your freshman year though.
 
Roskie=lots of weed and meet lots of chill dudes. Most of my friends currently are from roskie.

South=Dirty as fuck, vomit in the sink/drinking fountain is a frequent occurence. Lots of girls.

North=In my opinion the nicest dorm out of the three. You got the hedgehog and probably some hot girls, although IMO the most stuck up/bitchy.

Keep in mind these are huge generalizations that I observed while staying in North for one semester. They are all fun.
 
Word thanks for the help. Prolly gonna go with Rooskie since I hate stuck up cunts and throw up and am a fan of chill people. Hopefully I don't get roomed with some gaper.
 
you still occasionally walk into the bathroom in the morning to find a pile of puke on the floor. not a pleasant experience.
 
i go here. and heres the lowdown on dorms. live in roskie if u like to smoke weed and are pretty chill about everything in general.. live in south if u like to drink and break shit. haha. and live in langford if u wanna play world of war craft on friday nights. and north is pretty nice. roskie is the coolest. but i am not sure that awhole lot of people do when they live in north. havent met to many people other than the girls there. rich girls live in north.

this is very true. i have two buddies who live in south and their floor is on like lockdown now because so much shit has been fucked up
 
ya i live in south, and my floor is on lock down. 3rd and 2nd floor have been nuts with breaking shit...

lets see here. 2 mirors have been broken radio ripped out of the lock, dryer ripped out of the wall 2wice, a couple hand dryers broken off the wall, and numerous pukings.. if u puke it cost money.. ya its been complete cayous. and that is this semester in the past months totals.. and a few people pee in the halls and like on some jetters door and just in the mittle of the floor. .. they call it dirty south for a reason... live in roskie haha
 
yeah my buddies are on second. yesterday someone ripped one of the exit signs out of the ceiling hahaha
 
yeah i kinda am....dont really know anyone whos going to msu and kinda want someone who is as obsessed with skiing as me in my room haha
 
I lived in Roskie and found it to be perfect for someone like us. Although it was when Pete Olenick and Dylan Hood lived in the dorms.
