What do NSers think of the frats there? Frats or Dorms?

neither. dorms are fun but an excuse to get arrested doing dumb drunk shit, and the frats are super gay and dont throw good parties. get your own crib.

freshman year live in the dorms. either north or south. If you REALLY like weed and arnt too serious about school live in Roskie. Make some good friends who you wouldnt mind getting a place with sophmore year. ask them if they want to live with you next year and reserve a place early.

I got a friend going part time and living off campus.

However if you don't live in the dorms at all its good to at least no some people that go to school here or whatever.

I've lived in North last year and I liked it, this year I lived for half the semester in Roskie and half in north and ended up getting my own apartment after that. Roskie is chill as fuck and most people that are legit dudes, that being said Roskie is kind of a shit hole. North can have some nice people too and in my opinion its nicer then Roskie.

Greek life in general, but especially at MSU is a fucking joke. You want some camaraderie and bros to get housed with? Live in Roskie. Most everyone in that shithole bonds over getting fucked up only without the mutual acceptance of fisting each other that you'll find in a frat house.

Don't go to a frat live in the dorms make friends find a house.Bozeman has a lot of awesome places to live near campus make sure you can live with the people you choose and play an active part in helping find the house.
